For all the First Time Home Buyers that qualify for $8,000 tax break, I have good news. New law was passed that as of July 1st 2009 if you are purchasing home in Florida, you can use that money at the time of the closing to pay for your closing costs.And chances are  if you are reading this blog, you are thinking of buying and if you made offers before( especially on foreclosures), you lost one or two deals and it could be because you asked seller to pay for your closing costs ( they don't like it, even if you offer over asking price).So, now you don't have to ask.
