My New Blog

I called Bank of America today about my other listing I have with them. Representative told me that because investor on this loan is Fannie Mae it will most likely be referred to Equator and I have to start everything all over again. I think this is what they have done with my other file and they just tried to cover it with " She did not provide documents on time". I had this Short Sale with them since October of 2009 and I will have to start from scratch ??????!!!!!!! Of course buyer said - no way, deal off.

Also representative told me that Equator is great and short sales get approved in two months. I will believe it when I see it in use for a year......
