I THINK IT IS PRETTY GOOD. I LISTED PROPERTY THAT FOR ANYBODY KNOWING OUR MARKET HERE WOULD BE AVERAGE LISTING ( $80,000, OLDER HOME, 3/2/2, ONLY 1,200 SQ FEET UNDER AIR, NOT SHORT SALE, NOT FORECLOSURE, DEFINETELY NOT UNDERPRICED). WE RECEIVED FULL PRICE OFFER WITHIN 3 DAYS AND CLOSED IN A LITTLE OVER ONE MONTH. SO I THINK THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "BAD " MARKET, THERE ARE ONLY "BAD" PRICES. I KNOW PORT ST LUCIE, FL WAS ONE OF THE FIRST AREAS IN USA TO "CRASH", BUT I THINK IT ACTUALLY HELPED US. PEOPLE "UNLOADED" REAL ESTATE "OVERNIGHT" AND PRICES TUMBLED. SO NOW WE HAVE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS THAT CAN ACTUALLY AFFORD THEIR HOMES AND INVESTORS THAT MAKE MONEY.
